VICE – CHAIRWOMAN

• She shall replace the Chairwoman if she is unable to attend

• She is responsible for the Association.
• Organizes and plans activities within the Association
• She shall order expenditure on the program adopted by the Assembly,
• She sets the dates and places of meetings of the executive office
• She shall be replaced by the Vice-Chairwoman or a designated member of the Board if she is unable to attend
